Cultural Competency Commitment Statement
We hold that cultural competence is an ongoing journey; a process of learning that begins by looking within ourselves, honoring basic human rights and cultivating awareness of the dynamics of privilege and oppression. As individuals and as an agency, we are committed to responding effectively to social-cultural diversity and celebrating our differences to achieve universal justice.
